The Setup
Seal 10 bags of biltong. Bag 1 has no absorber (Control). Bags 2-10 each contain one blue O'Buster
Initial Trigger Test
Wait for Bag 1 to spoil. Immediately open Bag 2, mark the date on the packet, and evaluate Look,Feel and Taste.
8-Week Continuous Trial
Weekly action: Open one bag every week for the next 8 weeks.
Date the bag: Write the opening date upon opening
