O’Buster oxygen absorbers are food-grade consumables supplied in sealed cartons. Because the sachets begin absorbing oxygen the moment a bag is opened, we can only accept returns of cartons that are unopened and in their original packaging.
You may return an unopened carton within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please contact us first so we can arrange collection. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at our cost and either replace the goods or refund you in full.
Once a carton or an inner bag has been opened, the sachets are active and cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept them back.
If you are unsure which O’Buster suits your packaging, ask us to test it against your product before you order. We would far rather size it correctly up front than process a return.
